On September 27, the 1st XiangFeng Technology Innovation Conference was grandly held in Building 1 of Xiangfeng Innovation Industrial Park, Changsha Economic Development Zone, which was fully put into use at the beginning of this year!

   This Conference was full of highlights: the "Xiangfeng No. 1" E. cristatum independently developed and transformed by Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group Co., LTD ( hereinafter referred to as "Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group" ), precise eurotium criststum growing technology, light control technology in tea planting and processing jointly tackled with the MEE team of Hunan Agricultural University, the optimization and innovation of the Sangzhi white tea process, and many other key technological achievements were unveiled, demonstrating Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group's robust research and development capabilities; the practice and application of XiangFeng lean 6 Sigma management have achieved remarkable results; many industry experts shared insights into the latest technological developments and practical applications within the industry, and also put forward insights into the future direction of technological development and industrial innovation in China's tea sector. 

      Tang Chenglin, Chairman of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, expressed in his welcome speech that he looked forward to this conference to inject new vitality into the development of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, clarify the future direction, and promote Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group to a new peak.    Dr. Li Zhongqin, CEO of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Leading Xiangfeng's Sustainable Development with Sci-tech Innovation". He pointed out that Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group has attached great importance to technological innovation for many years, and has established a relatively complete system in terms of organizational structure, talent cultivation, financial support, outsourcing cooperation, and research and development direction. Always adhere to the approach that sci-technological research and development is a top-priority project. In the past few years, numerous achievements have been made in the field of research and development, with several being groundbreaking innovations within the industry. These achievements have also helped Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group to continuously achieve remarkable results in product quality stability and improvement, production cost reduction, and development of differentiated and special products.     The Joint Research Center for Tea Tree Resources and Resource Utilization (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Research Center"), jointly built and shared by Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group and Hunan Agricultural University, was successfully signed at this Conference. Additionally, the Joint Research Center's specialized laboratory, which benchmark with the standards of a provincial key laboratory, also held an unveiling ceremony.

 Constructed to the standards of a provincial key laboratory, the Joint Research Center focuses on significant strategic needs of the industry, including technological upgrades, product development, and standardization construction. It carries out foundational, avant-garde, and practical scientific research, with the goal of establishing four leading platforms within the province: scientific research across the entire tea industry chain, innovation of key core technologies, standardization construction, and a hub for high-level innovative talents in the tea industry. And the center is designed to spearhead innovation in the tea sector and to form the core scientific and technological strength for the global development strategy of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group. 

     In the expert team lecture session, Bao Xiaocun, vice president of Hunan Tea Association, former director of Hunan Tea Research Institute, chief expert of Hunan Tea Industry Technology System, National May Day Labor Medalist, State Council Special Allowance Expert, and independent director of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, focusing on "Historical Laws and Future Trends of Tea Industry Development" and deeply analyzed the historical changes and future prospects of the tea industry; Professor Zhao Jian, the special expert at the Key Laboratory of Tea Science of the Ministry of Education of Hunan Agricultural University, spoke on the topic of "Tea Tree Stem and Leaf Development and Synthesis Regulation of Functional Metabolites" and elaborated on the key scientific issues in the growth and development of tea trees; Professor Zhang Zhaoliang, vice dean of the College of Tea and Food Science & Technology of Anhui Agricultural University, shared the latest research results in the field of tea cultivation and management through video with the theme of "Spraying theanine in early spring to enhance the tea tree's resistance to low temperature and promote the early emergence of new shoots"; Professor Zhou Zhi, dean of the graduate college for elite engineers of Hunan Agricultural University, gave a wonderful report on "Progress in Research on Advanced Technologies in the Tea Industry", detailing the latest developments in technological innovation in the tea industry.

    At conference, Cheng Xiao, vice president of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, took the theme of "Construction of Xiangfeng's large research and development system and positioning of research directions" to introduce in detail the research and development system and future direction of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group; Yang Wuxiong, deputy manager of the research and development department of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, took the theme of "'Xiangfeng No. 1'-injecting new impetus into the science and technology of Xiangfeng" to share the research results of E.cristatum and its role in promoting the scientific and technological innovation of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group; Huang Xiao, general manager of Hunan Xiangfeng Sangzhi White Tea Co., Ltd., focused on "Sangzhi white tea process and technological innovation", and elaborated on the innovative points and technical advantages of Sangzhi white tea process; Tan Wen, general manager of Hunan Xiangfeng Tea Co., Ltd., brought "Xiangfeng Lean 6 Sigma Management Effectiveness Analysis", explaining the application of lean 6 sigma management in improving enterprise management efficiency; Liu Di from Xiangfeng E-commerce Co., Ltd. took the theme of "E-commerce 'Qualitative' Change Comes from Innovation and Fine Management" to share the successful practice of fine six sigma management in the field of e-commerce; Hu Wei, deputy manager of the research and development department of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, took the theme of "New Technology New Products New Quality" outlined the research and development achievements and future prospects of Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group in new technologies, new products and new quality.
