On November 9, Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group and Anshun Agriculture and Rural Bureau signed a large-scale tea investment cooperation agreement based on the SPV model (special purpose structure model for innovative financial investment in agriculture-related funds) at Anshun Comprehensive Economic Service Center.

At the signing ceremony, Qin Jiantao, general manager of the Falls Tea Company, Wang Qiguan, chairman of the board, Li Zhongqin, CEO of Xiangfeng Tea Group, Tang Yu, founder, and Song Zhengjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Anshun Agricultural and Rural Bureau, delivered speeches, expressing warm congratulations on the signing of the cooperation, and eagerly looking forward to a series of economic and social benefits that the cooperation will produce. According to the agreement, Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group will soon sign an SPV cooperation agreement with Waterfall Tea Industry Company, a wholly state-owned enterprise specializing in the construction and operation of tea platform in Anshun City, and the two sides will jointly invest in the construction and operation of bulk tea refining processing system in the form of a joint venture, and carry out tea international trade business. The joint venture will undertake the 7,000 tons of bulk tea refining production and processing system invested and built by Waterfall Tea Industry, and supply cost-effective products to Xiangfeng Tea Industry Group, foreign trade export enterprises and the international market.
